This is because there can be times or situations where the Text-To-Speech (TTS) rate (the speed at which the xMatters TTS engine speaks a message on the phone) is either too fast or too slow for recipients to fully understand the message.
Well, good news for fast talkers, slow listeners, and anybody who's ever thought that the voice on the phone could be a little clearer: any Client Assistance agent can adjust your TTS rate to one of the following options:
- extra slow
- extra fast
