This is just a quick notice to let everyone know that we've been working with our vendors to improve the implementation of the Text-To-Speech (TTS) service across our deployments, and we'll be updating the TTS on Wednesday, October 26th.
These improvements are centered around reliability and performance enhancements and won't be immediately apparent to most customers. The one thing that might be noticeable is a slightly different voice reading the text.
We really just wanted to point it out so it didn't come as a surprise. In terms of the workflow and application itself, nothing else will change.
