Yes, you can download PDF course certificates from your account in Launchpad Express.

Downloading a course completion certificate from Launchpad Express

1. Log in to https://learn.xmatters.com/
2. Select My Progress.
3. At the top of the profile section, click Expand All.
4. Next to the completed course, click the award icon. This will generate and download a PDF certificate.
