xMatters Mobile App End-of-Life Schedule (Android & iOS)

xMatters supports versions of our Android and iOS mobile apps for two years after their release; versions that reach their end-of-life (EOL) date will no longer be supported and may not be able to receive notifications or connect to xMatters. We recommend keeping your app up to date with the latest version as it becomes available.

Why should I upgrade to a newer version of the xMatters app?

Releasing new versions of our mobile apps allows us to address security vulnerabilities, implement bug fixes, and improve the app's performance. Upgrading to the latest version ensures you'll have the most up-to-date security enhancements and the best user experience — it also means you'll be able to take advantage of the latest features and functionalities as they become available.

To install the most up-to-date version of the app, simply search for 'xMatters' in the Google Play Store or App Store and tap Update. If you have an older device or operating system, you may no longer see updates for xMatters in your app store. While older versions of the app may continue to work on your device, we highly recommend you update your device to ensure you have the latest security updates from Apple or Google and continued support for the xMatters app. See below for a list of the Android and iOS operating systems supported by the latest versions of the xMatters app.
