In the xMatters web user interface, why can I not see the ...?

Users sometimes notice that they do not have access to some of the tabs or menu items that their colleagues use in the xMatters web user interface. Typically, this is because these Users have different permissions, based on their needs.

Because permissions and access can be finely controlled in xMatters, even Users who appear to have the same user level (e.g., Group Supervisor) may have access to different areas of the application. If you believe that you require greater permissions, discuss your needs with your xMatters System Administrator (see also the sections on Roles and Functions in the xMatters (alarmpoint) installation and administration guide).
