Some customers have reported that the Bamboo application goes missing after a backup and restore to iTunes. Our testers have confirmed this, but there's no easy or apparent fix, sadly. This is a limitation common to all applications that are not downloaded from the Apple App store.
If you backup your device to iTunes and then restore or reset your device, you will need to download the Bamboo application from the Bamboo Operations Centre again.
