If a system is improperly configured with AT&T Natural Voices version 5.x, and is attempting to connect to version 1.x, the xMatters node will fail to start.
The issue was identified by a customer who found that their SIP connection would hang up as soon as the user answered the phone. The only indication of the failure's cause is a single line in the logs/node.out file, similar to the following:
Abort During Order Evaluation: Incorrect Order Number
To resolve this issue, you must correct the configuration in the web user interface. Until the configuration is updated, the node cannot start.
