How many rings does a person have to answer a Phone Device before xMatters ends the the call?

When xMatters calls someone on a Phone Device, it waits a specified amount of time, rather than a certain number of rings before terminating the call. This timeout is specified in the Action Script method@phone::makecall() through the optional callTimeOut parameter.

For details, refer to the xMatters Online Developer's Guide.

NOTE: After ending a call that is not answered, xMatters calls the next person after the delay specified in the web user interface (for details, see the Groups sections in the xMatters (alarmpoint) user guide).
