xMatters: Supported Product Matrix

Terminology

  • Assistance Available: xMatters Client Assistance Team will provide installation, configuration, and usage assistance, as well as defect resolution and other standard support services for the listed product version.
  • Patches Available: The code line is available and the development team can cook up patches, bug fixes and technical workarounds for the listed product version. We may require that you upgrade your software in order to apply a patch or hot-fix.
  • Limited: This version is supported for Severity 1 issues only and may require upgrade to receive a fix.
  • Withdrawn: If a version has a date listed in the Withdrawal Date column, it means that version is no longer sold, supported, enhanced, or developed.
