Updating and viewing support requests on which you're Cc'd

Want to see and update requests on the portal that other people from your company submit to xMatters? We're excited to announce new functionality that's now available on the xMatters Support Community that enables you to view and update requests on which you are Cc'd.

 

In the My activities section, we've added a new CC:ed tickets tab where you can view and update any support requests on which you are Cc'd.

This is a great enhancement for xMatters customers and partners, providing the ability to share requests across company teams. Team members can all view and update the request simply and easily via the portal.
