What do the various messages and error codes mean in the xMatters event log when a call either succeeds or fails?

Here is a list of possible messages and what their meanings are. The messages themselves come from the downstream voice provider, so they may change.
|404||Resource Not Found|
|405||Method Not Allowed|
|407||Proxy Authentication Required|
|409||Conflict - the call is already in processing|
|487||Request Terminated (Call has completed/hung up)|
|500||Server Internal Error|
Messages can accompany these codes to help narrow down the nature of the problem. Normally we don't expect to see these but, if you do, you should involve our Customer Support team to verify any erroneous behaviors.
