After logging into xMatters, an inactive blank screen appears. Clearing the browser cache and restarting the system does not resolve the issue.
All versions of xMatters
You will need to force a logout of your instance. You can do this by adding the logout endpoint (/xmatters/signOut.do) to the web address of your xMatters instance.
For example, if you use: https://mycorp.xmatters.com to log into your instance, use: https://mycorp.xmatters.com/xmatters/signOut.do to force a logout. This will reset the authentication session, so you can log back in without issue.
A cached artifact remains, even though the user has cleared the browser cache.
