How does xMatters manage instance decommissioning and customer data after contract termination?

xMatters has detailed procedures in place to fully decommission a customer instance and client data. When a customer requests decommissioning of data or at the point of contract termination, xMatters engineering team purges all client data from primary and secondary (Google Cloud Platform) data centers, including backups. This procedure is performed through cryptographic erasure within 60 days.
xMatters can provide a certificate of decommission upon request.
