I have a custom recording in my non-production xMatters environment and want to move or make adjustments to it. How can I do this?
All versions of xMatters
If you have access to your environment recordings, you can download the audio recording to modify it or import it into another xMatters instance. For more information about managing and creating voice recordings, check out Phone recordings.
To download recordings
- In the Workflows menu, click Manage Recordings and select the voice recording you want to download in the phone recordings list.
- Click the ID number of the recording.
- Click the green and white arrow (play icon) beside the recording.
- Once the recording opens, click the ellipsis icon to the right of the player and select Download.
