We're trying to resolve an issue with the integration in ServiceNow; where can we find the xMatters logs?

First, you'll need to make sure Enable Debugging is selected on the xMatters Common Configuration page in ServiceNow. You can then access the xMatters logs by going to Integration - xMatters > Miscellaneous > xMatters Logs.
