I am using xMatters on demand and ServiceNow Jakarta Patch 2.
I have installed the integration software and configured appropriately, at least I think I have, but I am getting the following error when creating an incident in ServiceNow:
Exception (ReferenceError: "xMattersIncident" is not defined. (sys_script.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.condition; line 1)) occured while evaluating'Condition: (new xMattersIncident()).isInsertValid( current )' in business rule 'xMatters incident events insert' on incident:INC0012345; skipping business rule
Anyone experienced this before?
