What's the difference between Peer and Management in a schedule?
An example of "peer" would be someone on the same Team that has about the same duties. These people solve the problems.
An example of "Management" would be someone the issue would be escalated to if the Team is not getting it resolved in a defined period of time.
Hope that helps...
The escalation types (Peer/Management/None) don't have any explicit meaning within xMatters - your organization can assign any meaning you prefer. They're simply used to help differentiate between escalations within the xMatters performance reports.
More information about setting up escalation is available here: https://help.xmatters.com/ondemand/groups/groups-escalations.htm
Thanks to both of you.
