Users are active in source system(SAP) but it is showing as inactive in xmatters table. What could be the possible reasons?

Hi Adarsh,
Are you aware of any user sync that is supposed to align users in SAP with users in xMatters? Usually the xMatters user base is separate from any other system you may have so it is possible they are maintained separately as well which could explain the disconnect in their status. You mentioned an xmatters table - is that also in SAP or are you talking about in the web UI for xMatters?
If you have a user sync, it's possible that there was some condition that triggered the user to deactivate in xMatters and the logs for your sync should be consulted for more information.
You can also open a support case if you have some detail around how the SAP user base is connected to the xMatters one (via user sync, some API call that triggers on user changes in SAP, etc...) and it may be possible to track changes to specific user records you identify to how or when they became inactive.
Happy Monday!

It's in SAP and from there it's going to xmatters web UI.
