I'm trying to integrate with Jira Cloud. I have the xMatters Free plan now.
I need to add the "Jira SD User ID" to a custom user property. I have my Jira Account ID. The documentation says
Access the Custom User Properties page
From the Admin or Settings menu, under Company, click Custom User Properties.
But I only see
Your xMatters Plan
on that page. Am I in the incorrect place? Or is this not part of the Free plan?
