For user performance, what I would like to see is if the person on call responded to an incident alert. Currently, all this report does is shows the responses of any user that responded, whether they were 1st on call or 3rd on call.
Is there a way to do the above?

Hi Uzma, it sounds like maybe you are wanting to filter the user performance report to only show data for alerts where the displayed users were the 1st on call in a targeted shift? Is that accurate? What do you want to do with this information?
