When working an outage, we often have alerts from multiple sources / monitors and need to process their details quickly. The easiest way to do this is to have the Recent Alerts page open, scrolled to the scope of events of interest, and then open new Tabs / Windows with each items' details so we can compare each Injection / Generic Alert to get a big picture.
The problem with the current layout, it does not allow for Control Click / Right-Click open new window / tab. Instead, it opens the current window, and when going "back" to the Recent Alerts view, have to wait for it to reload (can take 10+ seconds), and then have to scroll back down to the area of interest (if a lot of items load).

Hi Stuart, I would suggest using the alerts page rather than the recent alerts page. It supports this behaviour, and we will soon be deprecating the recent alerts page. Please see https://support.xmatters.com/hc/en-us/articles/4454544199579 for details.
Cheers,
Sean
Old habits die hard :)
I see a few more features under the new "Alerts" page compared with the old "Recent Alerts" page. Playing around with it now, looks like I'll enjoy this one more.
