I have a situation where the source system of the trigger has one name for the Team that needs to be notified while the xM Group has a different name. In a Custom Script after the trigger step, I want to do the translation from one name to the other. I tried updating output.Recipients but when the xM Alert is created, it uses the original value.
How can I change the value that is used when the xM Alert is created?

Hi Mike, first step in troubleshooting, have you updated the Recipients input in the Create Alert step to use the output from your custom step? If you have, can you share the script for your custom step?
