I need to create several forms that will be the same except for the permissions to send the form and a property file. Is there a way to copy one form and "save as" another form name? Per searching the Community, this has been back logged since 2014, with the last update in 2019.
Thanks for any help you can provide!

Hi Renae,
Two things come to mind for me.
1) Have you considered if Scenarios might do the job? That leverages the same form but each parameter can be altered with a particular default. Each scenario can also be managed by permissions.
2) Work with the workflow export/import options to essentially duplicate the workflow and its forms.
I don't believe we have other options at the moment to duplicate forms. I'm happy to pass on the word that you're still looking for this option and see if we can provide a better solution soon.
Just to be transparent though, what you're looking for is akin to a checkbox to select a form and an option to duplicate form and maybe give it a different name? Or have it give a default different name which you can change after the fact. I want to make sure I'm not leaving anything out.
Happy Tuesday!
Yes, please. This functionality is something I am still interested in. You are correct: looking for is akin to a checkbox to select a form and an option to duplicate form and maybe give it a different name?
Scenarios won't work. We have specific subscription forms and subscriptions set up for each line of business. Putting them all on one form and changing one thing causes too much impact at a time, so we like to keep them separate. I will go back and re-image this to see if it is an option.
I relook at the export/import. Last time I looked at that, forms could not be imported by themselves without the entire workflow
Thanks!
Bring up an old thread as this function still doesn't seem to exist. Is there a copy function? I haven't found one. It sounds like this as been an outstanding issue since 2014.
