I'm unable to log into our account, even as an admin, and none of our alerts are being sent to our folks (we were getting them just a couple of hours ago). I typically log in a few times a week to update our shifts so it's not that I haven't been in in awhile. The status page reports that everything is up, so not sure what's going on?

Thanks. Whatever the issue was has been resolved, I'm able to log in now.
