My team is wanting to go to an all electronic calendar of sorts for scheduling time off and our on call rotation. 


However, when I'm adding my co-workers as users they can't edit the calendar even though I've given them company supervisor permissions. 


I will be the main keeper of the calendar but we always keep a back up just in case.

  • Hi Jesse,

    Have you tried adding them as a supervisor to that group? Just open the group and add them as one of the Group Supervisors - this should give them all edit rights to the rotation and roster in the group.

    Another quick question though... It is possible to "lock" certain shifts from being edited? Other than changing a users role?
