Flow Designer - Create Ticket (options to add custom Inputs to existing flowService-Now app)

Definitely loving the new flow Designer style. with playing with some cool options. I was wondering on a few things or some cool ideas/features.

I notice that the APPS section in Flow Designer (ServiceNow)  which has a Create Incident and within that Inputs section.

Is there a way to allow to add/create additional inputs to the Incident Inputs for custom table u_xxxxx
