The Engage with xMatters functionality is working fine - has anyone needed to integrate with Jira Service Desk - to send every incident to xMatters? I have created a WebHook within Jira - seems to be relatively easy. I believe I have the setup on the xMatters side with a form in the communication plan for incident. But - I'm missing something ... as I'm not getting any notifications within xMatters.

Hey Dave!
Yea, sounds like you are on the right track. Your webhook should be pointing to an inbound integration. Do you see anything helpful in the Activity Stream for that integration? If not, either the webhook is not firing to xMatters or it is failing authentication.
What authentication method do you have set in the inbound integration? The Jira webhooks don't support basic auth (boo, I know), so you'll need to use URL Auth so that the apiKey is appended to the url.
Check those out and post back what you find.
Happy Thursday!

Hi Dave,
Another pertinent question here is - are you using Jira Cloud or Jira Service Desk? I noticed you have a few Jira integrations set up and it almost looks like the webhook isn't firing off when say a new ticket is created in Jira. The docs are a bit different between the two so knowing which one we are dealing with would be helpful information.
Cheers!
