I did not see anything in the list so I am guessing xmatters does not integrate with StackStorm. Are there any plans to do so?

We do not have an integration built for StackStorm at the moment. We can look into it if more customers are asking for this integration.
That being said, there is a very good chance you can do it with xMatters if StackStorm supports integration via the use of generic webhooks. For more information about using webhooks with xMatters, please see this article: https://help.xmatters.com/integrations/other/webhooks.htm
