I have a very simple integration which works fine! :-)
I added a new recipient to notify, and clicked Save. This resulted in an error message: "The field [eventStatus, notificationDeliveryStatus, responseStatus] cannot be empty or set to null." This appears to be saying I must select a Two-way Communication option.
This integration has no use for Two-way Communication, and the page says they are optional.
I created a new integration, with four recipients to notify. This too works OK, and sends notifications in all directions (getting my phone very excited), however, if I try to remove one of the notifications, then I get the same error quoted above.
Can someone point out what I'm doing wrong please?

Hi Steve
That... appears to be a bug. I was able to reproduce it easily in my own instance. I'll check with our integrations team, see if we can't get an explanation or a fix.
As a workaround for now, you could export the configuration to a communication plan, and add your new recipients on the Layout tab.
Thanks Don. I'm an academic in New Zealand. At present I don't have a lot of time to spend on this, but it does do basic notifications (triggered by Python code using an API) very, very, well. For all I need right now no problem just removing a WebHook and creating a new one with correct notifications.
I'm hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with xMatters, so look forward to a solution in the medium term!
