Xmatters Cloudwatch Integration

Does anyone know if you can install the Xmatters Integration multiple times so that we can subscribe to different SNS topics that are focused for specific applications?

       Good question. Yep, that should be no problem. Although, I think the recipients are tied to the form in the comm plan in xMatters, so you'd either need to create additional forms to target different groups, or add some logic in the inbound integration in xMatters to determine the recipient based on criteria in the payload from AWS, OR you could create subscriptions in xMatters to allow (or force) users to be notified based on matching criteria in the payload. 

    So it's not so much that you would install the integration multiple times (although you could, just make sure the comm plan names are unique), but rather update the existing one to support multiple teams or application. 

    One other thing that might determine which route you go, is the notification content. If you need different content for each recipient team, then you'll need different Comm Plans. 

    I hope that makes sense, but maybe I just confused things. If you want to post more details I can help make recommendations on which way to go.
