Error State

Hi,

 

Can someone tell me what this means?

 

The Integration Service (applications,msscom) cannot process the request because it is in an error state.

  • Hi Abdul!

    Hmmm, yea that sounds bad. That generally will happen if the agent runs into an error in the javascript. The agent will put the integration in timeout, or at least that particular message into time out. 

    If you review the rest of the logs, do you see any stack traces? That will be a big marker and should have more details. You can also restart the agent and a new error message should be printed to the logs.

    If all else fails, support will be happy to help. Head over here to open a case. One thing that will really help is to run the IAHOME/tools/support-zip.bat file, which will grab all the logs and integration scripts and zip them up. If you send this zip along with your ticket, support should be able to track down the issue tout suite!

    Of course I can help you here if you post the full log or find the stack trace. Either way!
