How do I configure India mobile numbers to receive notifications through alarm point?

Hey Franklin. First question... are you using On Premise or On Demand? Because the end details will differ.
In the outset, you'll need to login as a company admin, click the Admin tab > Countries. Make sure India is in your list. Then, find a user and add a device (Text Phone or Voice Phone?) and you should have India in the Country drop down.
