When entering a Temporary Replacement, a list of 'recently used' displays a list of names for me to choose from; how do I delete/remove these names? (I don't recognize any names and have used this feature once.)

Hi Milly,
I'm not sure how the system selects the names to put in that list initially, but as you "use" more users, they will be replaced with actual recently used recipients. I poked around a bit and I don't see a way to manually edit that list. I think it is trying to be "helpful".
