What is the purpose of "Recently Used" list box in GNM and how does it work

Hi Amit, I'm not sure what GNM is, do you have a screen shot?
I do know that the on premise 4.x (maybe 5 too?) had a Recently Used section for quickly grabbing recipients for a message panel and maybe user search. So if you recently added or notified a user within xMatters, they would be added to this recently used list so you could quickly message/search them again. In later versions, this list would also include yourself.
