AWS CloudWatch Integration

I'm following the instructions at https://github.com/xmatters/xm-labs-AWScloudwatch.

Under "Import and Configure the xMatters Communication Plan", step 4 says:

Next to the AWS - CloudWatch comm plan, click Edit > Access Permissions and give access to the user created in step 2.

Where do I find that?

Step 5 says:

Click Edit > Forms and next to the CloudWatch Alarm form, click Edit > Sender Permissions and give access to the user created in step 2. Repeat for the Subscription Confirmation form.

Where do I find that?
