xMatters ServiceNow integration - Template file 404 causing graphical issue

Hi there,

I'm working with the newest version of the ServiceNow <-> xMatters integration, specifically the Engage portion. 

When our users click "Engage", the popup window shows a glitch with the selection between "People" and "Groups".

The dropdown menu is cut off. I was able to find a 404 request coming from within the xMatters integration, in which a file called https://INSTANCE.service-now.com/x_xma_xmatters.xm_recipient_template.jsdbx is requested but not found. 

Is there a way we can fix this so that the dropdown isn't cut off? Thanks!
