Help getting on-call schedule via REST

I'd like to put an on-call calendar on my company's intranet that will pull the info from the "Who is on call" report. I want to let everyone in the company see the schedule, but not be able to change it without logging into xmatters and having rights to change the schedule for a particular group. Is there an easy way to do this?
