Integration with jira server

Can I integrate xMatters with a Jira Server instance? The Jira Server does not support basic authentication, but I do have the Jira Server URL and a Personal Access Token (PAT). Using this information, is it possible to create or update issues in Jira through xMatters? If yes: How can I test this integration? What are the prerequisites? Where can I find the necessary setup steps or documentation?
