I have a couple teams that rotate the primary person at 12am every Monday, but only want the rotation engaged for afterhours 5pm – 8am. If that wasn’t enough the manager wants the entire team contact during business hours 8-5pm. I am not really sure how to handle this without several little shifts to handle to breaks in time any ideas?

You are correct, it would require several shifts to accomplish this. The entire team notification can be an 8-5 shift with just the users email address but I'm not sure I completely understand the first question. I understand the rotate every Monday at 12am but not sure what is meant by only want the rotation engaged for after hours?
