1. What is the business purpose or requirement that drives this request?
I want to be able to view my xMatters on-call schedule from within my Google Calendar.
2. What's the impact of the issue?
It is difficult and annoying for users to have to check their xMatters schedule in addition to their default Outlook/Google/whatever calendar. Most scheduling apps allow a user to subscribe via their main calendar.
3. What part of the product does this relate to?
User/group calendar management.
4. Does this involve an integration?
Not yet. There's a Zapier integration, but it seems to only handle events, not schedules.
