Automate Engage with xMatters (ServiceNow)

we already have ServiceNow integration with xMatters.  our Business team looking to auto generate the Alert in xMatters base on some conditions on incidents (just like Engage with xMatters, but with out manual intervene). The OOB Incident Alert only filter on priority which is very basic. 

what we are looking at is to have BR see if condition meet trigger event Engage with xMatters or similar solution. 


If any one had similar situation any guidance will be helpful.
