Making message forms available in the mobile app

"I can see the form I want to send in the web UI on the Messaging tab. How do I make this form available in the xMatters mobile app?"

To make your message form available in the Android or iOS app:

  1. Log in to the xMatters web user interface, click the Workflows tab, and locate the workflow.
  2. Click the Edit drop-down menu and select Forms.
  3. On the Forms page, select Enable in Mobile App from the drop-down list.
