Messages going out via email all come from no-reply@xmatters.com. Can we change this to something at our company like admin@company.com?

Answer
The email is intended to be a no-reply address, and the option to change the email sender address is not available within the xMatters web user interface.
To change the email address to one that uses the format custom-sender@company.xmatters.com, you need to open a Support Request.
