Are dynamic teams considered when xMatters de-duplicates recipients for notifications?

Answer

No, xMatters does not currently de-duplicate notifications based on dynamic teams.

If a user is targeted directly or as part of a group and they're also targeted as a member of a dynamic team for the same notification, they'll be notified twice. This also applies to nested groups that contain dynamic teams.
