Microsoft Bot returns the first on-call shift in a group/team

Question

It seems like when a group is searched using the on-call command, it only returns results for the first shift that is found in that group. Is there a way to return all shifts?

Environment

All versions of xMatters

Answer

This is the designed behavior — the bot displays only the first shift in the group's list.

If you have nested groups, you have to find out the nested group's name and do an on-call command for that group to find out who the primary is in that nested group. This continues on for any nested group as only the top tier group's first shift (top of the list) is returned.
