What versions of iOS and Android are currently supported by the xMatters mobile app?

Environment

  • All versions of xMatters
  • iOS mobile app
  • Android mobile app

Answer

As of March 2022, the currently supported versions of iOS and Android are:

iOS - xMatters app version 4.15: 

  • Requires iOS 14 and watchOS 4.0 or later.
  • Compatible with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Android - xMatters app version 3.11:

  • 8 (Oreo)
  • 9 (Pie)
  • 10
  • 11
  • 12

Please note: while devices on earlier versions of iOS and Android will have access to older versions of the xMatters app, these versions are no longer actively supported. It is recommended to update OS versions to the latest versions to maintain support.
