Exporting or updating a single flow from a workflow

Question 

Is it possible to update or export a single flow from a workflow? For example, can I export a single flow from a non-production environment to production, and leave all other flows untouched?

Answer

Currently, it is not possible to update or export a single flow from a workflow. You would need to export the entire workflow, and then import it into another environment, which would update all flows. If you want to version them, you can import the workflow with a different name.
