Viewing all workflows in the workflows section

Question 

Is it possible to view all the workflows in the workflows section? By default, only some of them seem to be visible.

Answer

By default, the filter only shows the workflows that you are able to edit/modify. You can change this by switching the filter from Editable, to All:
