Viewing groups with no members or empty shifts

Question 

Our company wants to review all the groups in xMatters that don't have any members or have empty shifts. Is it possible to see this information?

Environment

All versions of xMatters.

Answer

Yes! You can view any groups that don't have members at all, or groups that have one or more shifts with no members using the search filters on the Groups page.

To filter the groups list:

  1. In the Groups menu, click Groups.
  2. Click the Groups down down menu and select With No Members, or With Any Empty Shifts.
  3. Click Apply.
