Running a report to see on-call notification times and responses


Is it possible to run a report showing who was on-call, and if notifications were declined by the primary on-call user (causing an escalation)?

Yes, this information can be obtained through our Group and User Performance reports. You can learn more about these reports here.

To ensure the reports are accurate as possible, you should:

  • Configure the correct escalation types (peer/management) so the results can be recorded on these reports meaningfully. For more information on shift escalations, see Escalate alerts within a shift.
  • When configuring messaging form response options, ensure the contribution values are categorized correctly for the user and group performance reports. For more information on how to do this, see Options settings for responses.
